Paech is an image-to-text application designed to generate clothing care and styling suggestions based on photos you voluntarily provide.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information processed through the Paech application. It does not apply to third-party services, websites, or platforms that may be linked from within the app or accessed separately. By using Paech, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Paech is intended solely for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals under 17. If we become aware that information associated with an underage user has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to remove it and restrict access to the Service.
Paech processes images only when you actively choose to upload a photo of a clothing item. These images are used for the sole purpose of generating garment care and outfit coordination suggestions. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and upload the images you provide.
Paech does not require account registration and does not request personal identifiers such as your name, address, or contact details in order to use its core features.
Paech is not designed for facial analysis. The Service does not collect, store, analyze, or identify facial features, biometric data, or facial recognition information. If an uploaded image incidentally contains a human face, Paech does not use that facial content for identification, profiling, or analysis, and no facial data is extracted or retained.
Images are processed only to identify clothing-related visual features relevant to generating text-based suggestions.
Information processed through Paech is used exclusively to operate and improve the Service. Uploaded images are analyzed to generate AI-based descriptions, care tips, and styling recommendations. We do not use user images for advertising, user profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Paech Team does not sell, rent, or trade user data.
To function properly, Paech may request access to certain device features. Access to the photo library or camera is used solely to allow you to capture or select images for analysis. If microphone access is requested, it is used only for voice-to-text input within text fields, where applicable. Activity tracking permissions, if enabled, are used to understand general usage patterns and improve app stability and performance.
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Denying certain permissions may limit some features but will not affect others.
Paech applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the Service. Image data is handled in a manner consistent with its functional purpose and is not retained longer than necessary to complete processing and deliver results.
No system is entirely secure, and while we take data protection seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or unforeseen technical failures.
Paech may rely on trusted third-party service providers to support AI processing, analytics, or infrastructure. These providers are permitted to process information only to the extent necessary to perform their services on our behalf and are required to follow appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
You remain in control of the images you upload and may stop using the Service at any time. You may also manage app permissions directly through your device’s operating system. If you have questions about data handling or wish to raise a concern, you may contact us using the details below.
