This User Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the legally binding terms that apply to your access to and use of the Paech mobile application and its related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Paech Team (“Paech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing, accessing, or using Paech, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to any part of it, you must not use the Service.
Paech is intended solely for users who are at least 17 years of age. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are accessing Paech on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.
We do not knowingly provide the Service to individuals under the age of 17, and any use that violates this requirement may result in immediate restriction or termination of access.
Paech is an image-to-text application that allows users to photograph clothing items and receive AI-generated suggestions related to garment care and outfit coordination. The Service is designed for everyday reference and inspiration only. It does not replace professional fashion consulting, textile expertise, or commercial garment care services.
The content generated by Paech is produced automatically and may vary depending on image quality, clothing type, and other factors. We do not guarantee that the results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
When using Paech, you agree to act lawfully and responsibly. You may upload images only if you have the right to do so and if such images do not infringe the rights of others, violate privacy, or contain unlawful or harmful material. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit and for any consequences arising from its use.
Paech is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly permitted otherwise by us in writing.
Paech relies on automated systems to analyze uploaded images and generate text-based suggestions. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic and may not always reflect real-world conditions, fabric characteristics, or personal preferences.
Any decisions you make based on Paech’s output are made at your own discretion. Paech Team does not assume responsibility for dissatisfaction, misinterpretation, or losses that may result from reliance on generated suggestions.
All elements of the Service, including software, interface design, text, algorithms, and branding, belong to Paech Team or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, but does not transfer ownership of any part of it.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service or its content without prior written permission from Paech Team.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and temporary or permanent interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paech Team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, issues related to user-uploaded images, or outcomes based on personal interpretation of generated content.
Your use of Paech is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Paech if we reasonably believe that this Agreement has been violated or that continued use poses legal or operational risks. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
